 discuss performance without a rating system and explore how your empl
 oyee's talent can be better utilized.</p><p><strong>This is what you 
 will learn<br></strong>In this training you will learn what role the 
 annual appraisal has in the collaboration with your employee. You lea
 rn how to create a safe atmosphere in which employee and manager can 
 have an open conversation.</p><p><strong>For whom<br></strong>This tr
 aining is for employees of VU Amsterdam who move on to a managerial p
 osition, and for more experienced supervisors who are new to VU Amste
 rdam and are not yet familiar with VU Amsterdam's annual consultation
  format.</p><p><strong>Practical information<br></strong>The training
  has room for a maximum of 8 participants. The training consists of 2
  half-day sessions. Before the start of the training you will receive
  information about the annual appraisal cycle of VU Amsterdam.</p><p>
